Mr. Annamalai, fondly known as Ammas Annamalai, is an Environment, Health & Safety by profession, resigned his job in EHS – JAFZA, Dubai (Jebal Ali Freezone Authority) and decided to pursue his entrepreneurship skills to fulfill his passion in the food industry.
He was strongly backed by his Partners & Investors who all had a rudiment love for this earning society and a healthier lifestyle. Over a period of time, their interest moved towards serving the society with quality food at an affordable price.
